I am a 72 year old retired widow who lives at a busy intersection of one of your recent projects. I remain active in several organizations and am frequently coming and going. Your superintendent, or one of his crew members, would always tell me what road to take and help me through the traffic barriers. They even put boards down for me to walk on and once they even carried my groceries to the door.
