I am a 72 year old retired widow who lives at a busy intersection of one of your recent projects. I remain active in several organizations and am frequently coming and going. Your superintendent, or one of his crew members, would always tell me what road to take and help me through the traffic barriers. They even put boards down for me to walk on and once they even carried my groceries to the door. The many courtesies they showed me were very much appreciated and it looked so nice when they were finished. I am very impressed with the quality of their work.

BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION

Milestone has extensive experience constructing bridges. This ranges from small single-lane structures to multi-lane interstate structures and even to include the rehabilitation and preservation of Indiana’s historic and treasured covered bridges. We've constructed some of the most recognizable bridges in Indiana, including the Gateway Arch and Second Street bridges in Columbus, Indiana showcasing Milestone's abilities in post tension and suspension bridge building.

Milestone received the Federal Highway Administration's Award of Excellence for the Gateway Arch Bridge, as well as the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Indiana Ready Mixed Concrete Association for the same project.

New bridge construction or renovations to existing bridges are generally required when building or rebuilding a roadway. Milestone has the ability to coordinate this work with the roadway work to complete the entire project within the shortest time frame This is important to our most valued customer: the traveling public.
