2022


Speedway/Primco becomes a part of the Milestone family – expanding the Milestone footprint into the NE Indiana market.

2022


NIC acquired by Milestone.

2021


JCI Bridge Group joins the Milestone family – further expanding our bridge capabilities.

2021


Milestone acquires the assets of RA Myers, Inc. – a bridge company based in Muncie, IN.

2021


Sister Companies, Walsh & Kelly and Wabash Valley Asphalt join the Milestone Family – making it possible for Milestone to provide services statewide.

2018


Yates Construction joins the Milestone Family.

2012


Lica Construction is acquired by Milestone Contractors.

2010


Berns Construction joins the Milestone family.

2002


Walsh & Kelly was acquired, expanding Heritage Construction + Materials construction capabilities and footprint.

1998


Assets of Indiana Asphalt, Inc., located in Indianapolis since 1915, is purchased by Milestone.

1996


Dalton Construction Company joins the Milestone Family.

1994


CUI, Fauber Construction Company, and Astro Paving unite under one name: Milestone Contractors, LP.

1992


Astro Paving, with roots from 1968, was in the business of paving in and around Indianapolis before joining Fauber and CUI.

1992


Family-owned since 1945, La Brec Construction Company is sold to CUI.

1991


Founded by Dean Fauber in 1927, Lafayette-based Fauber Construction Company, Inc. merges with CUI.

1982


Magaw Construction and Muncie Paving Company, in business since the early 20s and 40s, are acquired by Ashland Oil Company in the 60s then join CUI in 1982.

1976


The Harman Brothers Construction Corporation, family owned since the late 1940s, joins CUI.

1971


Lucas Paving Company is purchased and joins CUI. This union forms the largest construction firm in the area.

1970


The company is purchased by the Fehsenfeld family, and after the purchase of D&J Excavating, becomes Contractors United Incorporated (CUI).

1966


Columbus Paving Company merges with Meshberger Stone Company to form Meshberger Contracting, Inc.

1954


The Meshberger family and Herman Newen start Columbus Paving Company.
