OUR LEADERS

CJ has more than thirty-four years of heavy highway and construction industry experience. He earned his B.A. in Business Management from North Carolina State University. He is a graduate of APAC’s Leadership Institute, the Executive Development Program at the Kelly School of Business, the Financial Management
Program at the Kelly School of Business, and LEAN Management. After eight years as president of Milestone, he accepted the position of COO in 2020.

Amy has over 20 years of experience leading human capital and talent strategy.  She has a BA from Franklin College and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  A lifelong Hoosier, after growing up in Mishawaka, IN, she has called Central Indiana home since college.

Russell started with Milestone Contractors in 1997 and has over thirty two years of experience in the areas of environmental, industrial hygiene, training, and construction safety. Russell has a bachelor degree in Safety Management from Indiana State University and a masters degree in management from Indiana Institute of Technology.

Mark started with Contractors United, Inc in 1981 after graduating from Purdue University in Construction Engineering and Management.  In 1987, he became a licensed Professional Engineer.  He started in the Estimating Department and has had various leadership roles as the company grew.  Mark is from Seymour and has lived in Columbus, IN the past 20 years.

Todd attended Purdue University graduating in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 

Todd has been employed in the highway construction business for 33 years, most recently with Milestone Contractors for the past 22 years - first as an Estimating Manager and later VP/Area Manager. In 2020, he was named the North Regional President.
